eTransactionManager Group Sales Module offers two unique ways to enable group sales.

1) Standard Group Sales

This module allows a designated staff member at your organization to manage group sales online. Group members place orders themselves using a link to a customized form and their own credit card; they can either select their show/date and seating area or the Group Sales Manager can designate these options in the setup process.

This is a unique combination of features inspired by Facebook and Evite. It empowers anyone that comes to your website the ability form their own group, e-mail their friends, and offer those friends a discount that you set.

eTransactionManager automates the entire process, generating e-mails to each of the group members inviting them to purchase tickets individually and then attend as a group. And best of all, group leaders don't have to worry about the hassle of collecting money from their group-members.

What will Patron Technology do?

We will set up your initial forms based on your objectives and event data.
We’ll provide the links for you to add to your website, and you’ll be ready
to go. We’ll also provide training on how to use the system going forward.


How much time will it take to set up?

Once you’ve provided your group information, you should see a first draft
of the forms within 5-7 days, sometimes sooner. Upon your approval of the
forms, it will take 48 hours to release them.
